Heart Not Linked

#Poem 1 - Heart Not Linked

I was silent in solitude
Lamented the severity of life's trials
Crying endures the pain of suffering
Hoping for love that never comes

I daydream in a heartache
Whimpering with pain
Carry the brunt of blasphemous insults
Dispel the world's cruel insults

My heart erodes the sweet words
My soul was lulled by tragic praise
The mind cannot break the attitude
Always hoping to mourn more

When the heart gets closer
When the soul is tightly bound
The sharp blade cuts the turns
A separate heart is not intertwined

Destiny is determined
Fate was chosen
But what do we expect?
Only the self changes the situation
