#Poetry 3 - Regret Nesting
Regret Nesting
By Heri Cahyono
I used to know you
In the emptiness of my heart
And in the solitude of my soul
Where good memories meet
You look different and unusual
It can be seen from your smile at me
And I know you're the champion
Which melts the hardness of my heart
Attention seems to break the taste
Bringing together two different hearts
A gentle wave ran through her heart
It thrills millions of feelings inside
We've been through it for a long time
But there is no more harmony in the heart
The taste that was there is now gone
Leaving wound in this chest
A whole heart becomes fragile
The love that once grew
Now withered and undeveloped
Only regret nesting
