#Poetry 12 - Rainwater
Rainwater
By Heri Cahyono
The sun was covered in cloudy clouds
The clear sky turned dark
The wind blows piercing the heart
Cool unstoppable soul
Boisterous trees swayed cheerfully
Waiting for the rain to fall
To wet the arid earth
Growing planted seeds
Rainwater falls from heaven
Water droplets dripped invade the earth
It's getting faster and thicker
Gives a glimmer of hope to humans
Dry soil becomes wet
The thirsty soul was relieved
The crying eyes have rubbed off
The favors of the Creator are matchless
Nice poetry thanks for sharing!
